How WiseCost works with QuickBooks Online

WiseCost syncs accounts, employees, classes, projects, items and locations from QuickBooks Online and posts labor distribution journal entries back to it.

Creating Projects in QuickBooks Online for WiseCost

Projects are created only in QuickBooks Online. Add the Project there, then click Re-Sync in Company Setup → Projects and it appears in WiseCost.

Using WiseCost before you connect QuickBooks Online

Start WiseCost with local employees and classes and connect QuickBooks Online later. Local records do not merge with the synced ones; they coexist.

Using QuickBooks Locations in WiseCost

Sync your QuickBooks Online Locations to WiseCost, add Location to the time entry form, and labor distribution posts each journal line with its Location.
